You should be able to understand our work and reach us without a particular device, input method or ability. Ascend Consult LLC is working toward that goal on this website.
Our accessibility target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is a target for design and improvement, not a claim that the whole site is certified or fully conformant. Automated checks alone cannot establish conformance or meet every person's needs.
Using the site
The site uses semantic headings, a skip link to the main content, labeled form controls and visible keyboard focus. Legal pages have linked contents lists and work without client-side interaction. You can use your browser's zoom and text settings. The contact form and direct email link offer a text route; a phone call is not required to ask about our services.
Video captions and text alternatives, keyboard behavior, contrast, zoom and mobile layouts need ongoing review as content changes. Some media or interactions may still present barriers. We do not claim to have tested every browser or assistive-technology combination. The Spanish public site, including legal translations, remains gated pending review.
Get help or report a barrier
Email info@ascendconsult.pro with the page URL, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If useful, include your browser or assistive technology and the format or contact method that works for you. Do not include passwords, health information or other sensitive records. You do not have to disclose a disability to ask for help.
You can request the information in another format or ask for a way to complete an inquiry without the affected feature. We will review the request and work with you on a practical option. We have not published a guaranteed response time.
Ongoing improvement
We use accessibility checks when changing the site, and feedback helps identify barriers those checks miss. This statement will be updated as the site and our review work change. Its dates describe this statement, not an accessibility certification.
