Ascend Consult LLC runs this website and handles inquiries about its services. This notice covers this site and our own inquiry phone line. A client's website or assistant needs its own notice and agreement.

Information you give us

The contact form asks for a reply email and a description of the handoff you want. You can also give your name, phone number, business type, inquiry channels and preferred languages. If you bring a self-check result into the form, that result goes with your request. The form also includes its language, source and a form-rendering timestamp, plus a field used to detect automated spam.

If you email or call, we receive the details you choose to share and information needed to deliver that message or call. Our phone line uses an AI assistant; voice processing can produce audio, a transcript and a summary. Read AI and Calls before using it. The website chat / voice helper is not public yet; this site does not currently collect website chat conversations.

Please leave out passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, health information and other sensitive personal information. This is a business inquiry site, not a secure place to send those records. It is not directed to children under 13.

Technical information

Delivering and protecting a website involves technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. Hosting and delivery providers may keep technical logs. We do not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics, session replay or embedded social-media tracking on this site today. Videos and fonts are served as website assets, rather than through third-party player or font embeds.

How we use and share information

We use inquiry details to understand your request, reply, prepare a possible engagement and keep relevant business records. Technical information helps deliver the site, investigate errors and limit abuse. Giving us your details is a request to respond about your inquiry; it is not consent to an unrelated marketing-text or automated-calling campaign.

Information passes through the providers needed for the service you use: website hosting and delivery, form / email delivery and mailbox services, and, for calls, telephony, speech processing, AI models and data storage. People working for Ascend may use the inquiry to handle your request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-site targeted advertising.

We use telephone, speech recognition, voice, AI model, and cloud hosting and storage providers that process information on our behalf to run the phone line and website. We share only the information they need to provide the service.

Cookies and browser storage

This is the complete inventory of application storage used by the site today. Both items support features you choose to use; neither follows you across other websites for advertising. There is no advertising-cookie consent banner because the site currently uses only this necessary storage.

You can remove cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking storage may stop the language preference or self-check handoff from working. Clearing browser storage does not delete an inquiry you have already sent.

The site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals today: we do not conduct cross-site advertising tracking or sell personal data. We do not allow third-party advertising trackers to collect your browsing across sites here. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own practices. Any future analytics or third-party helper must be reviewed, and this inventory and any required choices updated, before it is added.

Retention and security

The browser-storage lifetimes are listed above. Sent inquiries, emails and call records are separate from browser storage.

We keep information only as long as needed to answer your inquiry, follow up, run and secure the service, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information by email or phone.

No website, phone service or email system can promise complete security. Please use the contact route to report a concern without sending credentials or additional sensitive records.

Your choices and requests

Email info@ascendconsult.pro or call (713) 496-0060 to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop using it to follow up. Describe the request and the email or phone number you used. We may need to check your identity before sharing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless we agree on an appropriate way to verify them. We will explain any applicable limits, such as records that must be retained by law. You can also choose not to send a form or use the AI phone line.

Ascend is a small business. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act generally excludes businesses that meet the U.S. Small Business Administration definition, with an exception concerning sales of sensitive personal data. We do not sell personal data. This note is not a blanket exemption from privacy duties or a limit on rights that apply to you. See Texas Business & Commerce Code §§541.002 and 541.107. We consider requests under applicable law; this policy does not invent a response deadline or remove one required by law.

Changes and contact

We will post changes on this page and update the Last updated date. Material changes will be identified in a prominent notice on this page explaining what changed; if applicable law requires further notice or consent, that requirement still applies. Previous versions remain in our version history. This notice describes our practices; it is not permission to use information in a different way without any notice or consent the law requires.
