These Terms of Use cover the public website of Ascend Consult LLC and its inquiry tools. If you use the site, please use it on these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Website use and paid services
This site explains our work and helps you request a conversation. Sending a form, calling an assistant or using a calculator does not book an appointment, accept an order or create a services agreement. Paid work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, fees and responsibilities. That agreement controls the services it covers; these website terms are not a substitute for it.
AI output, estimates and examples
AI can misunderstand a question, give an incomplete answer or make a mistake. Verify important details with a person before relying on them. An assistant's output is not a binding quote, financing approval, appointment, callback-time promise or contract. No AI output authorizes the assistant to make commitments for Ascend. See AI and Calls.
Calculators and self-checks use your inputs and assumptions. They do not establish lost revenue, profit, payback or guaranteed savings. Illustrative scenes and examples are identified as such; they are not proof of a particular client's results. Business outcomes depend on your operation and the work agreed.
No professional advice
The site and AI responses provide general information about business workflows. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. Use an appropriately qualified professional for those decisions. The website does not create a professional adviser relationship.
Acceptable use and agents
You may read, link to and cite public pages. Do not break the law, impersonate someone, send spam, submit another person's details without permission, interfere with the service, try to bypass access controls or probe private systems. Do not upload secrets or sensitive personal records to inquiry tools.
Automated assistants may read public pages subject to these terms and applicable law. An agent must have the person's explicit request before submitting a form, starting a chat or making a call on their behalf, and permission to share their real contact details. Public access is not permission to start unsolicited communications or commit anyone to a transaction. Robots rules are guidance, not access control or a grant of intellectual property rights.
Content and intellectual property
Ascend or its licensors own the site's original text, design and media. Other businesses' names and marks belong to their owners. You may use reasonable excerpts with attribution and links where the law permits. You may not present Ascend's work, branding or examples as your own, or imply an endorsement. Rights provided by law, including fair use, remain available. Details you send remain yours; sending them permits us to use them to handle your inquiry as described in the Privacy Policy.
We intentionally allow search, assistant and model-training crawlers to read public pages. Robots rules are advisory, not a license or access control; the intellectual property terms above still apply.
Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to keep the site useful, but content can be outdated and access can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational tools are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, Ascend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this website, including lost profits or business opportunities. This draft does not set a monetary liability cap. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives a nonwaivable consumer right or waives rights under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. A signed services agreement may address liability for paid work separately.
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not make Ascend responsible for their content or an endorser of their services.
Texas law and venue
Texas law governs these website terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not take away a right or court access that applicable law protects.
Disputes about these website terms must be brought in the state courts in Fort Bend County, Texas, or the federal courts serving that county, subject to applicable law and the court's jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update the website and these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new Last updated date; material changes will be identified on this page. Changes apply going forward, subject to any notice or consent required by law. Questions about the terms can be sent to info@ascendconsult.pro.
